Greg Everett: Vocals, Guitar
With a lifetime of experience as a professional musician, performer, and composer, Greg Everett brings his own music, solid vocals, and funky to lush guitar stylings to the table.

Greg began writing songs as soon as he began learning guitar at the age of 15. Drawing from jazz greats of the 50s, 60s and 70s, along with the likes of B. B. King, Billy Joel, Eric Clapton, Chicago, and others, his original music emerged as an eclectic tapestry of styles.

Greg has performed as a soloist and with several Midwest bands throughout his career in venues ranging from clubs and cabarets to performing arts shows and large concerts. He arranges vocal and instrumental elements in many genres of music and he has worked with industry icons including George Strait, Lacy J. Dalton, Crystal Gayle, Ides of March, Tower of Power and many others. Greg composes in genres including country, jazz, blues, funk, and other styles. His song, "Durango" was signed by one of Nashville's top music publishers (Al Jolson Black and White Music) in the early 80s.

In 2014, Greg released his first online album, "I've Never Been Here Before" featuring Gerry Plank on saxophones. In 2017, he released a solo acoustic album, "De-Plugged" by "Wow And The Bar Flies." (GregEverettMusic.com) (Bandcamp)

Gerry Plank: Vocals, Saxophones, Flute, Keyboards
As the key figure who takes care of our "Wingspan" business, Gerry also composes and/or arranges much of the band's music. Playing funky licks to sultry riffs on his saxophones, Gerry is most recognized by his unmistakable style.

Gerry, known in blues circles as "The Big Boss Man," had his most notable music experience performing with country giant Kenny Rogers. He has also worked with notables such as: Joe Bucher and the Top Raiders / Basie trumpeter, Al Johnson / Otis and the Alligators / The Head First Blues Band / Brassworks / Big Road.

Gerry arranged and performed on “East Wind Blues” and “Joe Bucher’s Blues Fest 2000” by Joe Bucher and the Top Raiders. He is featured on Head First Blues Band's album “A Blow to the Heart" and on Greg Everett's downloadable album, "I've Never Been Here Before." Gerry will also be featured on Greg's upcoming album, "Kaleido."

Additional recording credits: Carl Laack and His Orchestra featuring music of The Big Bands" / A Big Band romance" by The Eddie Larson Orchestra / "Street Music" by The Jake Band, featuring the hit, "Sassy Dafney." Gerry arranged all horn parts for "Street Music." Gerry‘s most recent recording was with Gary Kuchenbecker‘s Old Lager Orchestra, commemorating Gary’s 40+ years on northeastern Wisconsin radio, featuring Gerry on lead alto sax and soloist on the song Tenderly.

Gerry has planned, rehearsed and conducted choirs and big bands. He has worked as a teacher, trainer and mentor with numerous musicians. Gerry has performed with groups ranging from small bands like Wingspan, to the Marquette University Band and the Oshkosh Symphony. Gerry records cover songs and original music in his home studio to fulfill requests from record companies, movie studios, ad agencies and music libraries. (GerryPlank.weebly.com/)
